Who is the Event for?

This event is designed for every bridge player who wants to test their mettle and earn their value at Auction. What does that mean? This event is for you if you have money, want to win money, can play bridge, or just love to be in the action!

Who can Enter?

Expressions of interest are being accepted now from interested players from around the globe. The event will close when we have filled our venue. Entries will not be accepted until the non-refundable entry fee has been received. Please enter quickly to avoid missing out.

What Systems will be permitted?

Any systems licensed by the WBF may be played. As players from many countries will be playing we have adopted this policy to be fair to everybody.

How do I enter?

Players may enter as an individuals or pairs. Please download the booking form, complete it and return it with payment to the organisers addressed:

If you would like to enter online, please send an email with all the details required on the entry form, and notify us of your payment transaction details.

Please explain about the Auction buy-back

If a player is purchased by another party (because the winning auction bid is higher than a player in the partnership has offered) either player may buy their own pair back. BUT they may only buy back 50%. And there is a 10% penalty of the amount they purchase. This fee is added into the Auction pool (e.g. if a pair goes for £200 pounds and they buy back half, they have to pay £110, £100 going to the purchaser of the pair and the other £10 going into the Pool).
